In addition to the customary upholstery needs, we carry an exclusive program designed for your industry…The Restaurant Recovery Program. The hassle of repair and recovery is minimized to contacting our sales department by e-mail, having a quick chat to determine the scope of your needs, and then a site visit to get the exact measurements. The magnitude of the program and the ease of the system allow us to stock volumes of vinyl to recover up to 40 pieces of 48” booths. This allows you to maintain your upholstery in the best possible condition until you need a major renovation. It is the stock on hand and speedy delivery that have enabled Apex Upholstery to maintain our relationship with many family-owned and franchised restaurants…and we would like to include you on our list of happy customers.
The Reupholstery Process:
Send an e-mail to Apex, outlining your requirements. email@example.com
Things to include: Number, size, and shape of seat cushions, backrest cushions, upholstered trims and/or chairs and barstools to be re-covered; fabric types and specs (if available); your location, phone number(s) and contact name info; timelines for the project; and hours of operation. These details can be included in the initial e-mail, or we will call you to discuss them verbally if you wish. We will also need a seating plan. This can be an attachment to the e-mail (if you have the technology!), or you could fax it to us (780-436-3483).
We call to confirm your order and book a pick up day or devise a more elaborate reupholstery schedule.
7 AM pick up ensures your seats are back to you for the lunch rush. Delivery time is 11 AM for seats in the Greater Edmonton Area, and 3 PM (same day) for seats outside the GEA. For backrests, there is a 24 hour turnaround time.
We can also schedule a full restaurant reupholstery project, a few seats and backs at a time, over the course of several days, weeks, or months.
